I just discovered Arbor Animal Clinic last month, and what a fortunate discovery for me! I have made 2 visits to the Clinic, and have been highly impressed both times. The receptionists who greet you are friendly, attentive, well-organized and professional.
On both Saturdays, Jason the Vet Technician was there with the Veterinarians to help. I was very impressed with the way Jason took care of my pets, and the way he communicated with me about them. He was mature, professional, caring and knowledgeable. Jason made me feel quite comfortable about bringing my pets to this Clinic.
On the first occasion, I brought in my cat Tutankhamun, who had mysteriously stopped eating. I was so fortunate to see cat-lover Dr. Laurie Dulaney that Saturday, who impressed me by asking ALL the right questions about Tutankhamun. She did tests on Tutankhaman, treated him and re-hydrated him. Shortly thereafter, Tutankhamun was back to eating again, and has been doing just great ever since! I was highly impressed by Dr. Dulaney’s care, concern and obvious knowledge about cats. Dr. Dulaney is extraordinary. The Clinic also followed-up by calling me at home to ask how Tutankhamun was doing.
On the second occasion, I brought in my new puppy Sophie for her puppy shots and tests, and was fortunate to see Dr. Rebecca Davies. Dr. Davies did an excellent job caring for Sophie, and I was also very impressed with her kind and professional manner. Jason and Dr. Davies discovered a hernia on little Sophie, which I never would have known about otherwise.
I have been to a number of vet clinics in Austin, and Arbor Animal Clinic certainly stands out for me. I can say whole-heartedly that this is an extraordinarily good place to take you pets, where you will be assured of caring, excellent vet care at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Arbor Animal Clinic.

I have always had dogs, so, when it comes to veterinarian offices I have been to many over the past 30 years in the Austin area. Right now I have three dogs and for the past 8 years we have made our veterinarian HOME the Arbor Animal Clinic. The clinic itself is always spotless and has a very warm feel, but the reason we LOVE Arbor Animal Clinic is the STAFF. From the front Desk Staff and Manager, to the Vet Technicians, and to the Doctors themselves we have never been treated with more respect or with more compassion. When I leave the clinic I know that I have gotten the BEST medical care available for my "babies".
One of my dogs is a Jack Russell Terrier and is a frequent flier with Arbor Animal Clinic. During the past eight years, we have had her spayed as a puppy, an emergency eye surgery (after one of her lenses detached) and another emergency exploratory surgery (after discovering a major blockage in her intestine) all at Arbor Animal Clinic. All of these surgeries were a great success, and while they can be extremely stressful for both of us, the Staff at the Arbor Animal Clinic made them so much easier. They have always called to check on my little patient after the surgery and have always gone the extra mile!
When paying for three dogs, price is very important. Arbor Animal Clinic charges reasonable prices for excellent medical care. My dogs have never been given shots or any medications that were unnecessary just to increase my fees at the end of a visit. They are upfront about their pricing and you are in control of the level of care you would like to provide for your animal. I trust them completely.
Hands down this is an impressive facility and an overall great place for me and my dogs (who I consider my kiddos)! I completely and whole heartedly recommend Arbor Animal Clinic to all of my family and friends!

I have brought my animals to Arbor Animal Clinic for over 7 years, for everything from surgery to boarding, and have always encountered the same high level of skill, professionalism and TLC from doctors and staff alike. I would strongly recommend AAC to anyone seeking high-quality care for their pets.
